Reserving Serenity Ridge Cabin in Gatlinburg TN is as easy as 1-2-3:

  • Call us at 678-984-4152 from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) or email us using the reservation inquiry form below so that we can confirm your requested dates. Please keep in mind that we are a family owned rental cabin, and hence do not always have “operators standing by”. However we will return your communication as promptly as possible.


  • Once we confirm the availability of your requested dates you can:

    • Make Reservation via Mail:

    • Simply mail us the rental agreement below, along with your $200 refundable security deposit. We will hold your tentative reservation for 7 days pending the receipt of your rental agreement and payment. Once we receive your completed rental agreement and security deposit, we will lock in your dates, and send you a rental confirmation email or letter.

    • OR

    • Make Reservation Online

    • Review the rental agreement below and electronically “sign” the agreement by ticking the “I accept this contract” prompt. Then submit your refundable $200 security deposit via credit card through our secure PayPal account. Simply select the Pay Now prompt at the bottom of the page! Once we receive notification of these on-line activities, we will lock in your dates, and send you a rental confirmation email or letter.
